In addition to managing the law firm, Mr. Breza is a nationally-recognized and
well-respected business and real estate transactions attorney, including
finance and title. His portfolio of legal services includes commercial
transactions, commercial workout and default, land use and zoning, finance,
construction contracts, construction litigation, corporate transfers and
mergers, governmental issues, as well as commercial lease drafting and
negotiations.

Mr. Breza serves as counsel to businesses of various sizes, commercial and
residential developers, investors, builders, as well as several regional and local
banks. Licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia, he handles
litigation matters in both jurisdictions and in the federal courts.
The court recognizes Mr. Breza as an expert in matters related to land use
and title. He also frequently lectures and podcasts on topics related to
corporate structures, land use, and loan defaults.

Mr. Breza is a title agent for First American Title Insurance Company and
Fidelity National Insurance Company (through Chicago Title Insurance
Company), the two most prominent title underwriters in the country. He is a
licensed title agent in the State of Maryland, the Commonwealth of Virginia
and the District of Columbia.
