Mr. Winick is an experienced litigator and underwriting attorney. He’s been licensed to practice law in New Jersey, New York, Maryland and the District of Columbia. He is also admitted to numerous federal bars, including the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, New Jersey, DC and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Winick concentrates on general litigation, corporate transactions, and real estate matters. He currently serves as counsel to commercial and residential investors, as well as several regional and local banks, and various religious entities.
